In recent news it was heard that both Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha were trying for the south Indian remake of Sohail Khan’s film opposite Salman Khan. Now everything depends on Salman and it is a tough choice for him given the fact that both the actresses are favorites of Salman. Although Salman and Katrina had their ups and down, now they have entered reconciliation phase and he can choose either Sonakshi or Katrina.

The cold war between Katrina Kaif and Sonakshi Sinha reached a higher level when Sonakshi was signed in for the next Prabhu Deva and Sanjay Bhansali film on which Katrina had her eyes for a long time. Katrina who is number one in the industry right now does not like the attention paid to new Dabangg girl Sonakshi. Katrina is also not happy with the fact that many good projects are going from her desk to the desk of Sonakshi.

Talking about her next film with these highly talented people she says, “It will be an awesome experience working with varied people like Akshay, Prabhu Sir and Mr Bhansali (the producer) in the same film. I love the subject and I'm sure I will enjoy the experience of shooting this film.”

Sonakshi was very adamant to have hae Munni or Sheila Number and kept pestering Farah for the same. A source said that, “She kept telling Farah she wanted her own Munni andSheila. Not only Sonakshi but even her parents were keen to see her dance on screen.” Confirming the news Sonakshi said, “it is good news for me. I'm finally going to dance inJoker. I wouldn't call it an item song because I'm the film's heroine and guest artistes perform item songs. But, I know it will be well shot and lavish and aesthetic because it's being choreographed by Farah Khan. All my worries are sorted out."
